We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash. The deposit depends on the car class and rental period. All deposit information will be provided before booking confirmation. The deposit is refunded within 1-3 business days after the car is returned without damage.

Minimum driver age is 23, minimum driving experience is 3 years. Some premium cars may have higher requirements. Required documents: passport, driver's license. International license is required for foreign citizens. All cars are insured.

The car must be returned at the time and place specified in the contract, with the same fuel level and clean. Return at another place or after hours is possible by prior arrangement and for an extra fee. We value your time and strive to make the return process as quick and convenient as possible.

Travel outside Almaty is possible by prior arrangement. For travel outside Kazakhstan, special conditions and rates apply, which must be clarified with our manager when booking. We will help you find the best option for your trip.
